Job Summary
Lead software engineering teams in custom application development and testing, managing client support workstreams to deliver innovative technology solutions. Oversee enterprise architecture, microservices integration, and CI/CD pipelines while conducting code reviews to maintain quality standards. Coach junior staff on professional growth and apply acceptance test-driven development to enhance project execution. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and drive process improvements across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. Manage client accounts and engagement strategies to align project outcomes with firm values and strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
