Java Fullstack Developer with React and J2EE

Job Summary
Java Fullstack Developer (React/J2EE) responsible for server-side and web application design and development, building high-throughput, reusable components and services, and advising users and teams on advanced programming solutions. Role emphasizes end-to-end application development, integration with REST APIs, distributed multi-tier architectures, and applying design principles while leveraging AI-related technologies (RAG/MCP) and LLM integration. Expect collaboration with global teams, strong communication, and initiative to research and adopt emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of enterprise application architecture from front to back
- Full Stack developer with 8-10 years’ experience with J2EE and React/Web experience
- Experience with AI related technologies using RAG/MCP and programmatically interfacing with LLM is a plus
- Understanding of good design principles and ability to adhere to complex design
- Experience working with global teams and leading best practices in design
- Extensive hands-on experience in Core Java / J2EE, Spring Framework, and caching
- Experience building web platforms with React/Web, REST APIs
- Experience building distributed, multi-tier, highly performant and scalable applications
- Knowledge of RAG-based solutions and MCPs is a plus
- Strong communication and planning/organizational skills
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
