Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular. Build RESTful APIs and microservices while integrating with RDBMS and NoSQL databases. Collaborate with architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features within Agile cycles. Write clean, modular code, implement unit and integration tests, and support CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks. Contribute to technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience with Java (8 or above)
- Hands-on with Spring / Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security
- Experience in building RESTful APIs / microservices
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework: Angular / React / Vue
- Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Good understanding of SQL, query optimization, and data modeling
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Working experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good understanding of design patterns, OOP, and software engineering principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and cloud-native development
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Exposure to security best practices (authentication, authorization, OWASP)
- Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, NPM, Yarn) and UI testing frameworks
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK, etc.)
