Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer responsible for designing and delivering Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and React-based solutions for Cash Prime technology; drives automated testing with TDD, collaborates with tech leads to deliver projects, and ensures production stability, security, and scalability. Focuses on architecture standards, code quality, and end-to-end delivery in a large corporate banking environment; expects strong Java, React, Kafka, AWS, CI/CD proficiency, and familiarity with SWIFT/ISO20022.
Required Qualifications
- Formal degree or certification on software engineering concepts
- 5+ years applied experience
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Strong core Java experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot
- Database knowledge

- Ability to design features and understand SDLC
- Agile methodologies (CI/CD, security)
