Job Summary
Take end-to-end ownership of technical execution and project deliverables by designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java Full Stack applications. Independently analyze complex requirements, make sound technical decisions, and troubleshoot production issues while acting as a technical anchor to guide the development team. Participate in architecture, code reviews, and technical planning to ensure adherence to best practices, driving continuous improvement in application performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders to solve complex challenges with minimal supervision. This hands-on role requires 6+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and full-stack technologies, based on-site in Chennai for candidates willing to relocate.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of overall software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Java
- Strong experience in Java Full Stack development
- Strong knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot
- Experience with REST APIs and web services
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Experience with application debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern software development practices
