Job Summary
Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and IT planning for new or revised application systems and programs. Monitor and control all phases of development, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation, while providing user and operational support. Utilize specialty knowledge to analyze complex problems, evaluate business processes, and recommend advanced programming solutions. Serve as an advisor or coach to lower-level analysts, operating with limited direct supervision to exercise independent judgment. Safeguard the firm's reputation by driving compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and escalating control issues with transparency. Assist in establishing operating standards and processes, acting as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
