Job Summary
Conduct daily production support and troubleshooting for cloud-native distributed systems on Google Cloud Platform. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes/GKE configurations to automate deployment and ensure high availability. Develop and optimize REST APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and J2EE while adhering to SRE principles. Monitor observability metrics and manage Linux/Unix environments to resolve incidents and improve system reliability. Requires 5+ years of software development experience with strong communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java / J2EE / Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with cloud-native application development and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/GKE.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
