Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications supporting treasury and banking processes, including building REST APIs, backend services, and integration components. Collaborate with business analysts and senior developers to translate requirements into technical solutions, while writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews. Troubleshoot application performance issues, contribute to automated testing and CI/CD processes, and prepare technical documentation. Learn treasury business processes through structured onboarding and continuous collaboration with domain experts. This hybrid role is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, with a salary range of 3300 - 5500€ gross.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in Java development
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices
- Experience with unit and integration testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile team
