Job Summary
Develop mission-critical software using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RDBMS while implementing service-oriented architecture and security protocols. Design patterns and test strategies utilizing the test pyramid, including contract and integration-level journey tests. Leverage Kafka for event-driven architectures and demonstrate cloud experience. Apply strong algorithms, data structures, and core computer science concepts to build scalable solutions. Requires 6-12 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Web Service development.
Required Qualifications
- 6-12 years of experience
- Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages such as Java8+
- Spring Boot framework
- RDBMS – Oracle
- Web Service development
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures and core computer science concepts
- Understands the basic engineering principles used in building and running mission critical software capabilities (security, customer experience, testing, operability, simplification, service-oriented architecture)
- Evidence of working with object-oriented development and design patterns
- Has skills to author test code with lots of smaller tests followed by few contract tests at service level and fewer journey tests at the integration level (Test Pyramid concept)
