Job Summary
Lead the technical team to manage end-to-end project delivery, including understanding customer requirements, developing software, and handling maintenance. Conduct technical meetings and discussions with clients with minimal supervision while providing superior architectural guidance. Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to scalable design principles, microservices architecture, and Agile methodologies. Apply expertise in Java, Spring, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud infrastructure to build robust applications.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java/J2EE technologies
- Good Understanding of Design Patterns, Data Structures & Algorithms
- Strong hands on experience with Java8 or above
- Strong hands on experience with Spring Framework
- Strong hands on experience with Kafka
- Strong hands on experience with Docker
- Strong hands on experience with Kubernetes
- Strong hands on experience with Web socket
- Strong hands on experience with redis
- Strong hands on experience in architecture and developing applications based on Micro services architecture
- Knowledge of Multi-Thread programming
- Knowledge of Servlet programming
- Knowledge of Server Client communication module
- Proficient and hands on with Application Servers (Tomcat or JBoss)
- Good knowledge of relational databases, specifically MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience with working on Agile Software development methodology
- Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and supervision
- Must-Haves - AWS cloud infrastructure
