Job Summary
Design, develop, and enhance Market Risk Engines and related applications; build and maintain high-performance, mission-critical Java-based backend systems; architect scalable, resilient, and highly available enterprise solutions; support, optimize, and improve risk calculation platforms and services; collaborate closely with global teams across Europe, North America, and India; actively participate in Agile software development processes; contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices; develop a strong understanding of financial risk concepts, business processes, and underlying data models.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in server-side Java development
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience building and supporting large-scale, high-performance enterprise applications
- Knowledge of multithreading, JVM internals, Spring Framework, SQL, Linux/Unix, and Python
- Experience working in Agile environments
