Job Summary
Design and develop scalable web applications using Core Java, JSP, and Servlets while building and maintaining MVC-based solutions with the Struts framework. Develop backend business logic, integrate applications with relational databases via JDBC and SQL, and deploy systems on Apache Tomcat or WebLogic servers. Perform bug fixing, performance tuning, and code optimization to ensure production stability. Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise-grade solutions. Immediate hiring available for up to 30 days notice period.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17)
- Expertise in JSP and Servlets (mandatory)
- Solid experience with JDBC and SQL databases
- Experience in application deployment on Tomcat/WebLogic
- Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize production systems
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related field
- 7–10 years of hands-on Java development experience
- Experience working in enterprise or product-based environments
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Self-driven and able to handle responsibilities independently
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
Desired Qualifications
- Good understanding of Struts (added advantage)
- EJB (good to have)
