Job Summary
Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures to identify system enhancements, analyze code, and consult with users on programming solutions. Apply fundamental programming language knowledge for design specifications, while analyzing applications to identify vulnerabilities, conduct testing, and debug. Serve as an advisor or coach to new analysts, acting as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and exercising independent judgment with limited supervision. Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations while safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry
- Intermediate level experience in Applications Development role
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
