Job Summary
Lead Java Full Stack Developer responsible for driving end-to-end development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using modern Java and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks and cloud-native technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable microservices, architecting full-stack solutions with Java, React/Angular, and RESTful APIs, and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS and OpenShift. Responsibilities include overseeing CI/CD pipelines, mentoring junior developers, troubleshooting production issues, and optimizing performance. Candidates must possess strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native development.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with leadership responsibilities
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and Java 11 and 17+
- Hands-on experience with AWS, OpenShift, and cloud-native development
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with Spring Batch, Autosys, Kubernetes, and Docker
