Java Backend Developer (Hybrid) in Pune, India. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Applications Development
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, Kafka
- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB preferred
- Experience with Python preferred
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- API-first design and implementation with REST, websocket and gRPC
- Experience building applications on cloud platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Proven implementation of design patterns
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- UI tech stack knowledge advantageous
- Business knowledge of CVA, XVA, regulatory stress testing preferred
- Education: Bachelor's in CS/Math or equivalent; Master’s preferred
