Job Summary
Lead Architect who is a true hands-on engineer—designs solutions and writes production code daily across a cloud-native platform built on Java + Spring, .NET 8/10, Python (Django/Flask), SQL, React, Node.js + Socket.IO, and Microsoft Azure. You will lead architecture and delivery with cross-stack ownership, code review, mentoring offshore engineers, driving PoCs to production, and ensuring security and reliability. Responsibilities include building scalable microservices on Azure, implementing async messaging with Service Bus, real-time Node.js/Socket.IO services, secure integrations with Azure Key Vault and Managed Identity, data reliability with SQL Server, and instrumenting services with Application Insights/OpenTelemetry, while setting engineering standards through PR reviews and guidance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with hands-on delivery
- Strong across Java/Spring + React + Python (hands-on)
- Proven success leading teams while coding
- Strong focus on testing, security, observability, performance, reliability
