Job Summary
Lead a dispensary team in Globe, AZ, supervising sales staff, ensuring compliance with state and company policies, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product knowledge, training new hires, managing staff scheduling and floor flow, and assisting the Store Manager in daily operations with emphasis on regulatory adherence and sales performance. Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong verbal/written communication are required; the role includes on-site leadership, directing shifts, and supporting inventory and discounts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least two years of supervisory experience preferred
- Hold a valid Facility Agent Card with Arizona Department of Health Services
