Japanese Speaking Project Manager (in Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hanoi)

Job Summary
Manage complex project requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables by gathering customer needs and creating execution plans. Develop tasks for software development projects with mandatory Agile knowledge and experience, while occasionally traveling to Japan for client and stakeholder meetings. Maintain N2 level Japanese proficiency (N1 preferred) and excellent English communication skills to facilitate collaboration with Japanese clients. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with at least four years of software development project management experience and two years working with Japanese clients. PMP certificate is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in managing software development project
- At least 2 years of working experience with Japanese clients
- Proficient in software development project management
- Agile knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese
- Minimum of N2 level proficiency in Japanese
- Good English
- Willing to learn/understanding the new domains
- Occasional travel to Japan for client and stakeholder meetings
