Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT/technical experience
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English
- Experience in IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Experience with Japanese clients or in a multicultural team
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
