Job Summary
Serve as a liaison between Japanese-speaking guests and the rest of the crew, providing exceptional customer service to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Host events and activities for guests, including cultural demonstrations and language classes, while assisting with translations and interpreting as needed. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company positively, and collaborate with crew members to ensure a smooth experience. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and crew. Commit to a full-time, 6-8 month contract at sea. Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and verbal, with previous hospitality experience preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism
- Must be able to commit to a full-time, 6-8 month contract at sea
