Job Summary
Bilingual Japanese/English Business Coordinator to support global operations in the iGaming sector. Responsibilities include Global Communication & Interpretation (consecutive interpretation in daily meetings with international teams and overseas partners), Business & Operational Support (meeting coordination and follow-ups with international partners), Translation & Research (translate contracts and game development proposals; conduct market/regulatory research), and Executive Support (planning, contract coordination, scheduling for executives and department heads). Successful candidate will have business-level proficiency in Japanese and English, experience in interpretation/translation, and familiarity with international business environments and gaming/iGaming IT industries. The role involves collaboration across cross-functional teams, coordination of global meetings, and strong interest in games. Location options include Malta (remote/hybrid setup), Poland, or onsite in Tokyo, Japan, with hybrid or in-person arrangements as specified. English and Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent) is required.
Required Qualifications
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
