Job Summary
Japanese Coordinator (Hybrid – Japan) responsible for real-time interpretation during client meetings, translating business documents between Japanese and English, and coordinating communications between Japanese clients and internal teams. Attend on-site client meetings in Japan, represent Codimite professionally, and ensure accuracy and cultural appropriateness in translations. Prepare bilingual documentation, presentations, and training materials; maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Requires strong Japanese-English communication, ability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM JST, and experience in interpreter/translator/coordinator roles with international teams; familiarity with technical terminology is a plus. Offers flexible remote/hybrid work environment and exposure to AI technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and strong English communication skills
- Prior experience as an Interpreter, Translator, Coordinator, or similar client-facing role
