Job Summary
Japan Trip Operations Lead responsible for operating evoTrip’s Japan platform year-round with a focus on Snow and Mountain Biking trips; leads product development, vendor/partner management, and in-market operational leadership to deliver premium guest experiences and scale Japan trips for year-round growth. Works with evo’s North American team to refine products and evolve trip offerings in Japan, builds local partnerships, recruits and manages seasonal hosts, and plans forecasts for guide needs while ensuring operational plans meet financial objectives and maintain best-in-class guest experiences. Skills and focus areas include trip product development, vendor management, partner relations, logistics, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, guest experience management, and cross-team collaboration with Rhythm and North American teams.
