Job Summary
Manage accounting processes and support operational standardization within manufacturing and production cost accounting. Conduct data analysis on cost and profitability to derive actionable insights for business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, SCM, and IT to refine business processes and drive ERP system improvements. Act as a key stakeholder during system changes to facilitate user adoption and alignment across departments. Leverage SAP expertise to enhance reporting efficiency and optimize financial workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 製造業における原価管理、管理会計、またはそれに準ずる Finance 関連業務の経験
- 数値データを用いた分析・レポーティング、および業務改善への活用経験
- 複数部門と連携しながら業務を推進した実務経験
- 原価計算・製造会計に関する基礎的な知識・理解
- Excel 等を用いたデータ集計・分析・可視化スキル
- 業務プロセスを俯瞰し、課題を整理して改善につなげる力
- 関係者の立場を理解し、円滑にコミュニケーション・調整を行う能力
- 主体的に業務を推進できる実行力
Desired Qualifications
- ERP(SAP 等) を用いた業務経験、またはシステム導入・改善プロジェクトへの参画経験
- 業務プロセス変更やシステム変更に伴うユーザ対応・定着支援の経験
- グローバル環境や英語を用いた業務への関心・経験
