Job Summary
Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects across multiple business units while overseeing system architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting. Develop SAP strategies aligned with corporate goals, collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements, and mentor cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and business analysts. Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks to ensure timely delivery, serve as the primary liaison between Japanese and international teams, and stay updated on latest SAP technologies to recommend innovative solutions. Requires minimum 13 years of professional SAP experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role, fluency in Japanese and English, and deep knowledge of modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and/or HCM. Required Qualifications
