Job Summary
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using ESG data and develop assurance procedures for ESG attestation engagements. Evaluate organizational processes and controls to support external reporting, applying analytical skills to assess GAAP impacts related to ESG. Assist in developing disclosures aligned with approved standards and contribute to complex, multi-disciplinary projects involving several clients simultaneously. Provide Greenhouse Gas reporting, quantification, and assurance services while supporting internal and external thought leadership on climate change issues. Participate in client meetings to prepare deliverables and reports, assisting in budget preparation and service marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completed post-secondary education
- Working to obtain or have obtained all Canadian CPA required prerequisite courses
- Legally entitled to work for PwC in Canada for the intended duration of the offer/contract
- Ability to easily adapt and prioritize, demonstrating project management skills to handle changing priorities
- Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to think broadly and to ask questions about data, facts and other information to deliver quality to our clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas
- Ability to share and collaborate effectively with others, building relationships which are genuine and rooted in trust
