Job Summary
Maintain clean store environment and perform floor care using scrubber and buffer; responsibilities include dust/mop/vacuum cleaning, sweeping, dusting, damp cleaning of glass/windows, and adherence to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas (Sales Floor, Backroom, Restroom, Front End) to support business needs; support and model customer experience practices with internal/external customers; uphold safety and health policies and participate in store recovery as needed. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with management and associates; prior retail cleaning experience preferred. The position offers a starting hourly pay between $13.50 and $14.00 and is located at TJX Store Draper, UT.
