Job Summary
Janitorial Technician role in Salisbury, MD performing cleaning tasks across multiple sites on a night shift. Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, showers, tubs, kitchens, floors, vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, and using appropriate cleaning techniques. Follow Safety Program Handbook, report accidents and maintenance issues to supervisors, wear PPE, move furniture as needed, maintain equipment, provide outstanding customer service, and participate in required meetings. May assist in other divisions as needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work safely, and maintain professional demeanor; requires background check, drug/alcohol screening, and unrestricted US work authorization. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation (Driving Record, Criminal Background, Reference Check, Credit Check, etc.)
- Must be willing to submit to a drug and alcohol screening
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
