Job Summary
Industrial Janitor in Blaine, MN performing cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area for an industrial facility. Full-time role with a Monday–Friday 12PM–8PM schedule. Responsibilities include cleaning floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming), shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing trash, restocking and maintaining restrooms, and operating chemical cleaning solutions and power equipment according to safety procedures. Communicates with clients and team members, adheres to safety, security, compliance, and quality standards, and adapts to assigned tasks to support client events. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant cleaning experience; ability to obtain and maintain facility/security credentials; US citizenship or permanent residency for credentials. Benefits and compensation range from $18.00-$25.00 per hour, with eligibility for standard benefits and potential collective bargaining adjustments. Note: the position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of relevant experience in industrial or commercial cleaning
- Must be able to obtain and maintain facility/security credentials/authorization
- US citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location
