Janitorial Supervisor - TN

Oversee and coordinate janitorial staff across assigned facilities in a large shopping mall, conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use while maintaining inventory of supplies and developing task checklists. Address service complaints, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and report maintenance needs to the appropriate department. This evening shift role requires a minimum of two years of janitorial experience with at least one year in supervision, plus flexibility for weekends and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish and OSHA certification are preferred.
