Job Summary
JANITORIAL SUPERVISOR – PM; Leads and trains janitorial staff across JaniTek accounts, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to standards; establishes inspection schedules, conducts staff training, monitors KPI reporting, handles employee discipline, coordinates supervisor visits, and communicates effectively with site contacts to resolve issues. Requires bilingual English/Spanish, High School Diploma (preferred), and 5:00 pm–1:30 am shift availability; duties include SOP training, safety compliance, managing start-ups and inspections, and maintaining organized documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish (Required)
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma preferred
- Must be available to work a midday shift: 5:00 pm to 1:30am
- Preferably 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role
- Capable to train employees on SOP
- Problem solving ability
- Detail oriented / Organize
- Must have Valid California Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- Good Communication Skills
- Must be able to read/write in English
- Must be confident in driving will have to drive to different client site
- Must have prior janitorial experience and have provided janitorial services.
