Janitorial Supervisor/Night Manager

Job Summary
Manage contract compliance for commercial building maintenance services and maintain relationships with Independent Contractors by reviewing client contracts and checking work expectations. Develop productive working relationships with contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on problem-solving while reviewing scopes of work to ensure quality assurance. Communicate with the Facility Services Manager daily for immediate issues, including nightly recaps, and manage inspections, customer complaints, and VIP requests. Make recommendations for work assignments, enforce operational policies, and guarantee proper use of approved cleaning tools and equipment. Requires second shift hours with occasional weekend work, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry
- 3+ years of prior experience in shift management
- Supervising experience
- Auditing experience
- Providing direction to direct reports
