Job Summary
Oversee janitorial team completion of site tasks including restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floors, lobbies, supply closets, labs, guard shacks, and fitness centers. Conduct routine building cleaning, window cleaning, trash and recycling removal, surface sanitizing, floor care, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and supply room stocking. Patrol fence lines and perform audits using computer systems. This role requires significant walking, multiple stair trips, and lifting 40lbs independently. Must pass background and drug screenings with prior lead or supervisor experience. Full-time Monday-Friday 40-hour schedule with 1st shift from 3PM to 11:30PM.
Required Qualifications
- Pass background checks and drug screening
- Must have previous lead or supervisor experience
- Need to have computer experience to perform audits
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently
- Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants
- Remove all jewelry and accessories
