Job Summary
Supervisor responsible for overall direction, coordination and evaluation of shift employees across cleaning services for assigned buildings. Manages work schedules, payroll time sheets, establishes performance standards, conducts quality assurance checks, oversees materials inventory and equipment use, and handles safety initiatives. Coordinates service activities to ensure contractual obligations are met, resolves on-site delivery problems, conducts site evaluations, and maintains customer relations. Leads orientation and development of staff, trains personnel on safety and operational procedures, and may perform internal moves or conference-room setups. Requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience, fluency in English and Spanish, background check, and adherence to COVID-related protocols as applicable (Canada/U.S.). Compensation ranges CAD 18.70-22.00 per hour, with a new position at Cushman & Wakefield/C&W Services, Toronto client site.
