Janitorial Supervisor Cleveland/Willoughby

Janitorial Supervisor to directly supervise and organize cleaning activities at assigned sites, ensuring duties conform to Specifications, Quality Assurance Plan, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading and supervising cleaning staff, initiating or following up on quality inspections, assisting with staffing and training through HR, approving timecards and time-off requests, and ensuring all cleaning functions are performed within scheduled assignments. Cleaning duties include restroom disinfection, floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, waxing, polishing), break room and kitchenette cleaning, dusting, trash handling, upholstery cleaning, and window/woodwork care. Physical demands include walking, standing, bending, kneeling, crawling, pushing/pulling, lifting up to 25 lbs., and climbing. Location is Cleveland, OH, United States with in-person work schedule Monday–Friday starting at 5:30 p.m. Salary suggested at $17/hr, equating to $35,360 annually. The role reports to Director of Operations/Operations Manager and involves collaboration with Operations and HR.
