Job Summary
Lead and supervise custodial operations within a manufacturing facility, ensuring the site stays clean and meets client expectations. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising departmental activities, enforcing custodial workflows, and maintaining clear communication with the client and facility personnel. Promote Allegiance’s culture and management philosophy, while training staff, motivating teams, and meeting deadlines through effective time management and a strong service/quality mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in related field
- Experience managing custodial operations
- Proven experience motivating and training staff
