Job Summary
Lead and supervise custodial operations within a manufacturing facility: oversee an assigned building/area, enforce custodial standards, plan/organize/coordinate activities, and maintain effective communication with the client and facility personnel. Drive staffing, training, and daily workflows to meet contract requirements and quality goals, while promoting the company culture and values. On-the-job training provided. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in related field
- Experience managing custodial operations
- Proven experience motivating and training staff
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and achieve effective time management
- Strong service/quality mindset
