Job Summary
Oversee janitorial operations as Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager for a warehouse facility; responsibilities include operational budgeting, labor planning, cost optimization, direct supervision of janitorial personnel, ensuring training and safety procedures, performance management, disciplinary actions when needed, and coordination with teams for daily operations. Requires bilingual English/Spanish or strong understanding; floor tech experience and background in janitorial operations; minimum 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience; ability to communicate with internal/external customers and employees; experience with HR processes including staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory and leadership experience
- Bilingual English / Spanish or have a good understanding
- Floor Tech experience
- Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees
- Experienced with application of human resources process and procedures, including full staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations
