Job Summary
Manage an assigned site and oversee daily workflow for a manufacturing facility across three shifts. Interview, hire, and train janitorial staff while conducting regular walk-throughs and cleaning inspections to ensure scope of work is completed. Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure environment by detecting hazards and maintaining effective communication with clients and facility personnel. Fill in when needed and perform other related duties to support site operations.
Required Qualifications
- Janitorial management experience
- Must have cleaning or housekeeping experience
- Excellent communication
- Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with appropriate staff
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
- Ability to follow directions from a supervisor
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism
