Job Summary
Oversee daily janitorial operations by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring fair disciplinary practices. Conduct regular quality control inspections, address service issues, and maintain accurate records to drive continuous improvement. Train and mentor staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies while managing cleaning supply inventory and equipment. Lead a team in a fast-paced environment requiring constant standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently. This Full-Time 1st Shift role reports directly to the Site Manager within ServiceMaster by Crane IFS, offering paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and safety shoe reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in janitorial or facilities management
