Job Summary
Oversee daily janitorial operations by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring fair disciplinary practices. Conduct regular quality control inspections, address service escalations, and train staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and policies. Manage cleaning supply inventory and equipment to ensure availability and accurate usage tracking. Maintain high-quality standards through consistent documentation and effective communication with clients and coworkers. Work independently in varying warehouse environments while maintaining punctuality and attention to detail. This full-time shift role offers paid vacation, sick days, and safety shoe reimbursement for experienced supervisors leading site teams.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in janitorial or facilities management

- Ability to work in varying warehouse environments and temperatures, including exposure to noise, heat, cold, and indoor/outdoor conditions
