Job Summary
Lead multi-site janitorial operations across Western & Central North Carolina, managing site-level teams, coordinating client communications, and ensuring service excellence. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, ensuring cleanliness and safety, managing schedules, inventory, and budgets, serving as the primary client liaison, recruiting and training site supervisors and frontline staff, performing payroll and scheduling reporting, and enforcing safety and regulatory compliance. Requires strong leadership, operations know-how, and a hands-on, service-focused approach to drive contract satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in janitorial or facilities services management, preferably overseeing multiple sites or a large territory
- Proven experience managing hourly employees, site supervisors, and large-scale service operations
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with hands-on, solutions-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic scheduling/reporting software
- Valid driver's license and company vehicle provided transportation (frequent travel required)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Availability to respond to site needs after regular business hours as needed
