Janitorial Project Technician

Assist District Manager in special projects, fogging disinfection, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing, and construction cleanups. Complete job specifications for assigned buildings throughout Northeast Ohio. Clean floors via dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass; clean restrooms by restocking dispensers, emptying trash, sanitizing fixtures, and cleaning toilets and urinals. Empty trash and replace liners. Assist General Manager with call offs and Office Manager with laundry. Perform additional duties as needed. This full-time role requires 30-40 hours Sunday-Friday with varying shifts after 5pm and weekends, with pay starting at $19.00 an hour plus mileage reimbursement.
