Job Summary
Directly support the Division Manager & Executive Director in coordinating projects related to the janitorial office and daily operations. Under minimal supervision, perform a variety of routine and complex administrative duties requiring thorough knowledge of organizational procedures and policies. Tasks include customer and employee communication and coordination, background check processing, fleet management, and other administrative duties. Must work independently and as part of a team, exercise sound judgment, and apply MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) to produce reports and maintain records. Responsibilities also cover inventory control, supply ordering, meeting note taking, and providing coverage for leadership as needed; strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of office experience
- Proficient in Word & Excel
- Knowledge of English usage, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Knowledge of modern office procedures, equipment, and filing systems
- Previous management responsibilities
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to conduct inventory, prepare, and complete supply orders
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
