Job Summary
This position is a janitorial role in Northeast Houston with a 7am–4pm Monday–Friday schedule (potential Sundays). Responsibilities include cleaning facilities using provided products and procedures (sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows, moving furniture/equipment), maintaining supplies and equipment, opening/locking facilities, and enabling/disabling security systems. Requirements include ability to read cleaning instructions, differentiate cleaning products, lift up to 25 lbs, and wear PPE. Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience as custodian/janitor/housekeeper a plus but not required
- Able to lift and carry 25lbs
- Ability to read cleaning instructions
- Schedule: Mon - Fri 7am-4pm; possible Sundays if needed
- Uniform, dependable and on time
- Use PPE and follow safety procedures
