Job Summary
Janitorial Staff Member needed at Horizons Group Care to keep the residential facility clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include cleaning office areas and common spaces, vacuuming carpeted areas, mopping and maintaining dining areas, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (sinks, toilets, urinals), wiping desks/tables/work surfaces, disposing of trash, replenishing restroom supplies, cleaning windows/glass surfaces, wiping furniture, and ensuring surfaces are dust-free. Emphasis on confidentiality and professionalism in a youth-care environment. Location: Bradenton, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Prior janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation practices
- Ability to lift moderate weight and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a youth-care environment
