Job Summary

Perform general custodial duties for all facilities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, and cleaning floors, lavatories, and shower rooms. Execute emergency clean-ups for biohazards and broken glass, while stocking supplies in locker areas and assisting with meeting room set-up. Operate cleaning equipment and light maintenance tools as assigned, driving a golf cart or vehicle with a valid Nevada license. Monitor community conditions to report maintenance issues and safety concerns to supervisors. Adhere to safety guidelines, work in small confined spaces, and maintain professional customer service under minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate or its equivalent
Must be able to drive appropriate vehicles
Possess the necessary driver's license required by the state with an acceptable driving record
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively (in English) both written and verbally
Must be able to interact with all types of personalities
Must be mentally alert at all times and demonstrate good reasoning skills
