Job Summary
Manage assigned accounts by reviewing labor and supply costs, inspecting work for quality standards, and resolving routine complaints. Conduct regular customer visits to maintain relationships, interview and make hiring recommendations for new staff, and oversee training for cleaning personnel. Direct project work, ensure completion of all work orders, and maintain safety programs while developing employee incentive programs. Submit open position requests to HR and requisition necessary equipment and supplies.
Required Qualifications
- Prior successful experience managing service workers in the Janitorial or other related industries at various locations
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and high-achiever with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to conform to direct budgets and quality standards to achieve customer retention goals
- Experience with hiring and training of service personnel
- Ability to work independently and be held accountable for goals
