Job Summary
Lead a diverse portfolio of 12 commercial client accounts in the Winston-Salem area by serving as the primary Facilities Operations Manager. Direct and mentor operational supervisors and frontline employees while conducting regular site visits to audit quality, improve safety standards, and ensure client expectations are met. Oversee scheduling, daily digital timesheets, and supply ordering using Dayforce and Coupa software tools. Partner directly with clients to deliver top-tier service and build strong relationships across education, medical, and manufacturing facilities. Manage a team of 35–40 dedicated employees with a flexible schedule balancing daytime hours and late afternoons to engage night teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management/supervisory experience
- proven customer relationship skills
- strong computer literacy (scheduling, time tracking, ordering)
- valid driver's license
- reliable personal transportation suitable for local travel

- Prior experience as a Cleaning Operations Manager
