Job Summary
Oversee multiple cleaning operations across sites, including interviewing, hiring and training staff; assign tasks, inspect work, and enforce safety standards; manage supplies/equipment, track hours, and perform duties as needed; conduct site inspections and provide monthly reports to customers; operate within a B2B service environment and commodity-type delivery/service dynamics; requires a four-year degree and a valid driver’s license; supervises hourly cleaners and may oversee several sites.
Required Qualifications
- Two to five years of supervisory/management experience or a degree from a 4 year college or 2 year technical institution
- Certificate, license, registration: One year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of a four year degree
- Driver's license required
